She enjoys every aspect of her role as home manager, from supporting the teams in all departments, ensuring person- centred care is of the highest standard.

I cared for my grandmother until she passed in 2005 and just knew straight away that I had found my vocation in life. After working as a domiciliary carer, I moved into the care home environment and quickly progressed from Care Assistant to being a trainer and managing many different departments including being a Dementia Care Lead. I have managed care homes since 2016, and joined Timken Grange in 2021.
